★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated in the Tealive kiosk (impossible to find if you didn’t already know). Ordered cappuccino and Japanese matcha cheese foam. The cappuccino was awful - tasted like burned Nescafé (yuck). The matcha cheese foam was just like a slushy - nothing but flavoured ice.
But far worse than that, I preordered on Food Panda and specifically told them NOT to make in advance as I NEVER use disposable cups (they are totally unnecessary and a complete environmental disaster). I explained I would bring my own tumbler. When I got there they had already made both in plastic cups. Their excuse? We can’t fulfil special requests when we are busy. Err, the entire food court was empty, and I only saw 2 other people in the whole hospital … the place was deserted.
Very poor coffee, very poor service. Arrogant lazy staff who make feeble excuses. Never bought anything from Tealive before and now never will again.
