★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy shoes with bad customer service. I bought 2 pairs of school shoes for my children from dr Kong Malaysia believing they will help my children's flatfoot issue. To my disappointment, both shoebase were torn apart on the 2nd day of wearing.unbelievable. wasted my time to get a replacement, and the replaced pair of shoes were torn again on the next day after school. I requested for an immediate refund and was turned down. Spoken to the so called customer service officer cum acting operation manager ms Preema (God knows what other title she has) and was refused a refund on the spot. She insisted that I had to wait for their investigation into the broken 4 pairs (bought 2 and replaced 2) and then only they will inform me when will they refund to me and need me to collect the cheque from the store instead of depositing into my account. The way that lady spoke to me sounded impatient.sigh.. very disappointed ...will never buy shoes from dr Kong. Do not believe what they claim to be best shoes in Asia. And so called shoes for health.
