โ โ โ โ โ the pillows were dirty. Floor was sticky. No soaps or sponges were given to clean our utensils. The utensils werennot cleaned properly when we arrived. Bed bugs infestation on the beds. No nets to keep any bugs frm entering the toilet. Therefore leading to a hornet infestation in the toilet. But location was ok and there were many board games.
Overall it was an ok experience.

Poor customer service. PLEASE NOTE THAT EVENTHOUGH THEY SAY 6 BEDROOMS AVAILABLE, ONLY 4 ARE ACCESSIBLE WITH OWN TOILETS AND DECENT FOR FAMILY SIZE. WHILE THE OTHER TWO BEDROOMS ARE; 1 ROOM IS ACTUALLY MEANT FOR MAID THAT LOCATED NEXT TO THE STORE ROOM WITH SINGLE BED. WHILE THE OTHER 1 ROOM WAS NOT EVEN A PROPER ROOM, RATHER A PARTITION WITH 2 SINGLE BEDS AND NO DIRECT ACCESS TO TOILET. PARTITION ALSO HALFLY COVERED TO THE TOP.
During check in, as a first timer, we had to figure out by ourselves which unit we hired and severally try to reach the owner but didnt pick up. We managed to find the unit anyway when we realized that the UNIT NUMBER is faded and hardly visible especially that time was cloudy about to rain.
Were given 10 towels and a hairdryer. Before we check out, we put back all 10 towels at the same place, only to know that 1 was missing as informed by house owner. Turns out, 9 only towels, but 1 was actually floor matte. Could be 1 of our group member mistakenly put the floor matte. Funny thing is, the floor matte is FREAKINGLY SIMILAR LOOK like a towel. Yes it is. THE OWNER DEDUCT RM40 from our RM500 deposit. When we asked where is your house rules that stated the deduction of missing towel rm40? the owner unable to answer it clearly.
Thanks for the memories with friends and foods in penang that somehow make us let this below average, poor house we stayed.

โ โ โ โ โ Good for big family holiday stay if you have own transportation. But please bring your own toiletries kits, towel. Space big enough for family of 15 people. Good sleep, with quality bed. But some room dun have hot water.

โ โ โ โ โ The house no 9 is ok but quite small kitchen. But its okay.. Its just the agent handling with us very very rude n screaming to us to check out early at 10.30 am.. Adakah itu cara u guys bercakap dgn Customer? They seem try hard to take out our deposit RM300!!! Seriously not recommended
