Packaging misleading. The drink is so small but with a huge cup! So creative! Haha...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant has a lot of preservatives fruits flavours and mix with some fruits. Poor standards and really expensive for a cheap fruit tea jasmine. Too much of addictive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drink is normal, ambience is normal, tables and chairs are dirty without cleaning, staffs are slacking and do ntg with the dirty tables and chairs. Services not good, staffs are too noisy and keep on play and chitchat loud. I requested the staff to clean my table and chair but they dont give a f and doing their things. I was standing there like 5 mins until I requested again. Probably wont visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasant experience. Ordered grab pickup. Went to pick up. Girl cashier was playing with her phone at the counter when asked about the order status. Was requested to walk in when the staff could have helped as the staff wasn't doing anything. Other branches staff would have offered to help to handover the drinks. Taste diluted compared to Sunway and taipan branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parking here is extremely hard to get. I went once on 11/11 (I wasn't aware they had the Big Cup Event) and it was insanely packed with food delivey riders. So I didn't manage to buy as the person told me I had to wait for at least an hour. The next visit, there wasnt much people. I do find their prices quite expensive for milk tea but keep in mind that its 700ml. Only one size is available and there are no toppings. I got their signature drink (Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea @ RM16.90) which was nice as it wasn't too sweet. However I wouldnt get again because its too expensive.

Rude waitresses and cashier. TOTALLY RUDE.
DISAPPOINTED. Guess the waitresses think me and my female friend LOOK very young so acting rude.
We sit upstairs, did not notice the shop has closed, nobody come up to notify us. Until one waitress came up for cleaning and told us the shop has closed. Went downstairs to leave but they already close the iron curtain. Speechless. Never check and ask customers to leave but straight away close the door.
Rather travel further to other branch. Never coming back here again.
