They sent me random products instead the cosmetics I ordered, in plus, commercial samples, opened and tried! Disgusting! So that's is for me for buying in Bawiq, now I want to recover 366 MYR for the not delivered / wrong items!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience with Bawiq. I’ve tried getting groceries with them twice and both times the item I ordered is out of stock. I am not sure where the gap is but if it can happen twice, that means something is really wrong. You will receive a call and say that the item is unavailable and then they will give you options to get another item which is totally not the same as what we ordered, it’s just unrealistic. When you request to cancel the order, you will get silent treatment and blue ticks when you ask for a refund. Beware guys!
