★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went there for covid test, the guy there was butcher not a doctor. the test stick was full of blood but he keep push it into my nose. and he laughed and show the blood to his other colleagues. they keep people outside while there was only one cycling fan for almost 100 people. I'm sure if an healthy person go there for covid test either get covid or other virus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Dental department. Can call in to make appointment for review. Registration is free for senior citizen. After review have to get appointment for scaling. If cabut gigi can do same day. Always come in 15mins earlier than appointment time.
Dr Heng did the review. (Due swollen gum had to take antibiotic from pharmacy dept downstairs).
Dr Abigail performed the extraction of my wisdom tooth.
For scaling my appointment is about two months away(in July 2022) for first available slot.
All said the whole clinic is well organised and very efficient WITH friendly and courteous staff.
Kudos to ALL the staff here. Keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say the medical officers and staffs here are very friendly and nice. They served my grandma very politely and can explain to her in a very polite and friendly manners.
However, the parking is really terrible here. Hahaha. Oh ya, the waiting time is considered long also. Maybe many people la.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking: car park fills up very fast, better to take public transport/e-hailing/have someone drive you there.
Appointments need to be made through the BookDoc app and make sure you're in one of these areas: Relau, Sungai Ara or Bayan Baru area as they will tell you that if you reside outside of these areas, you will need to go to the clinic located nearest to you.
The staff are kind and friendly. They are very busy so sometimes a difficult patient might cause them to raise their voice a bit. But can't blame them, honestly.
Waiting times are pretty standard. The doctor who attended to me, Dr Komala, was patient, kind and understanding. She's mental health informed and did not dismiss my experiences. I felt heard and understood. This helps a lot, especially when many in Malaysia, having mental health issues is still stigmatized. We need more people like her. Thank you Dr Komala!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in for an outpatient check up , I was informed of a new apps to book an appointment via BookDoc . You are required to book an appointment via it and it confirms your doctors visit . It also shows you the availability of the doctor on that day . To me , it’s really advanced compared to many other clinics and you can even book appointments for your elders then bring them based on the given appointment time . ??
Once you enter the clinic , you need to register yourself at the counter and pay RM1 . Everything was fast and smooth ✅
Staffs are very friendly and helpful . The doctor that I went too was nice and examined me well and I received good quality medications ?
Overall , for me this clinic was really good . They have well organised the outdoor seating according to social distancing and provide hand sanitising before you can enter the clinic . Excellent job and service ✨
