★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is so convenient for those who are working / staying around Bayan Baru areas.
In the Food Court has 2 Sections. The 2 Sections are made up of Non-Halah and Halah Stalls.
There are a lot of Hawker Stalls and they are yummylicious ??????.
The Food Court is equipped with washing basins & public restrooms.
Ample ? car & ? motorcycle parking lots along the roads.
My advise... If you going there for breakfast or lunch better don't drive your ? car there & go car pool.
For ?️? motorcycles no problem cos there are a lot of motorcycle parking lots around the Food Court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hygiene needs a lot of work. Saw lots of cockroaches crawling on the seats and tables. Dirty dishes were left as a pile on the table. Why weren't they brought back to the stalls to wash? Idk.
Food was mediocre. Lots of choices. Price was reasonable.
Chicken rice and fried oyster were noteworthy. Otherwise, others were just so-so.
Tbh, wouldn't come back unless the hygiene improves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From morning to night, you can find variety of Penang delicious hawker food here. Including "Chinese/Malay/Indian" style noodle, rice, cake cutlet fruits and drinks. Price is reasonable and seller attitude was kind too. Recommended place for everyone even tourist. Only environment cleanes need to keep improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a huge food court with a wide selection of food, from main meals to snacks, drinks and dessert. The food court is open from breakfast to dinner time. It is very popular among the locals. One specialty drink available is ice blended red beans. Yummy!
Note that the table and chairs are zoned and will be served only by the drink stall for that zone. If you wish to order specific drinks from a certain stall, sit nearby and check the zone boundary. Food can be served in the whole food court, no zoning issue.
