★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious, rally local food. Thai market is full of food options. At lunch time is full of workers. Vegetarian places and non vegetarian. Just keep in mind this is local food and first time you tried, your stomach could not be ready. After first day of local food, you won’t have any problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your are able to find all wet foodies (fishes, prawns XL, L, M & S size, meat & poultry seller, vegetables, wet tauhu, egg seller (per piece 39 cents for grade C egg), Puyuh egg 10 pcs for RM3, fruits stalls. Rambutan is back guys!

Entire area is hawker centre, very alike with Singapore hawker centre.
Someone will attend to you for the drinks when you sit down.
While food you can order anywhere you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great market place to buy fresh produce(seafood, meats, vegetables, fruits,spices), groceries and raw items, very convenient, price wise being decent and cheaper than hypermarkets and supermarkets.
Plenty of parking around the market area. Attached with the Food court. Just walking distance from Sunshine square, Suntech building, One precinct and surrounded by a lot of shop lots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local like shopping place. Many fresh vegitable, fruits, seafood, cooking seasoning, magazine, newspaper can found at here. Price was resonable and parking area also easy to find. Recommended place for purchase daily ingredients. Maybe cleanest need to be improve and facility need to keep well.
