Plenty of space, and a somewhat quiet neighbourhood. The staff is friendly.
But:
It's never clean. It's not dirty, per se, but even when they clean, they mostly clean the floor, air the sheets, and replace the towels - even though you haven't asked you to replace them.
It's also somewhat out of the way of the city, which makes you somewhat dependent on taxis, and they're not always happy to drive you out there during rush hour.
And the English skills of the staff is poor at best. Rudimentary questions, ordering dinner, and asking for a taxi isn't hard - but they often don't understand more complicated questions, and it's mostly no use asking them for touristy stuff - they didn't seem to know much about anything other than the basics.

I had a very very bad experience with this Bayu Marina Resort - never experience with other hotel in my life before!!!. So call an international resort but did not clean my room until late night - they only do cleaning when I called them to do so - garbage not collected, towel not changed and bed not made up. I asked the counter and they told me that i have to inform them every morning for cleaning service. Have you heard such a terrible service before in your life by a so call international standard hotel? This is a very sub-standard hotel in term of service and it really makes you crazy. I presume this hotel only treats VIP well but not common customer like me and maybe you otherwise they could have provided a decent service to tidy up my room without me telling them to do so. This hotel needs "common" customer to beg them for a service - only then they responsed. That what happened to me.
I called for the General Manager to explain why the above service and no one bother to come back to me! What kind of hotel is this?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big room. Very nice. I love to be here. The swimming pool view is nice. Calm place. Near seafood restaurant. I love the view! But the breakfast dont really satisfied because not so many choice and not so good in taste...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice room ! I get a room with two Queen bed, and it is like living in your own house. It has refrigerator, washing machine, television and other home equipment. The security guard also friendly. Anyways I love it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far i stayed here is very very good. Security dont have right to disturb resident. They only sit outside lobby. While other apartment they act like gangster. This the most good thing.
Suit place for those busy working. We only need comfort place to rest and sleep once a while out for shop to AEON or Midvalley. Eating night time nearby Senibong or Stulang.
Fully furnish is so good. 7 mnts driving to JB custom. Its just a perfect place.

and have swimming pool with unlimited access from 7am to 7pm. Room could be better with few touch up. But overall we satisfied
