only need to improve about
that shower holder, please fix it in good condition, let guest easier to bath !
and that shower tub too !
in coffee table can be provide tissue as well...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elmark is a new hotel, therefore clean. The frosted glass toilet wall gives it a modern feel. Some rooms are without windows, so you may need to check. Family Room 217 is without a window. The single bed is sunken, hope the management would replace this. The queen bed is ok. Self service laundry is 24hrs maintained by hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im staying near by this hotel. I went there cuz no electrical in my house. The 1st room thy gave me no tv signal.. the air cond no cold.. the bathroom vry small.. heater like wanna mampus only. Then we asked to change the room they gave 2nd room.. air cond condition still same. But tv was okay.. n bathroom clean. Heather nothing to say hmm.. morning there are so noise frm downstairs. For sure i wont take this hotel again.. more to say pls change ur price like budget hotel.. thts how ur room price should be. And lobby so smelly.. staff bring gf n lepak there. There is no place to customer have a sit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just so so, the only pro is the price is economical good for travelers, and the con are area around the hotel don't have any food court or restaurant nearby, so you have to go other place for food. Maybe will have in the future. The hotel don't have body soap replenish and very bad wifi signal. Not Recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is easy to find, just next to the highway. There are lots of free parking too. Restaurants and shops around the corner. The price is cheap but the room is quite comfortable, clean and quiet. Got an elevator. However, you should fix the light at level 4, near the elevator, because it is too dark and quite scary to see the dark stairs behind you while waiting for the lift to open and close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rate is little bit pricy for 2 star hotel. Early check-in they will charge RM53 which for me is really nonsense. The check in process is good, the receptionist also very nice n helpful. The room looks clean, but my coffee cup got cigarette smells. Maybe someone has use it as an ashtray. My room 410 got pipe leaking, and lastly for toilet amenities, they only provide 2 small tube of shampoo and 2 pcs of toothbrush. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is reasonable for the whole stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Toilets are clean too! The building is abit old i guess as there were water seepage on the walls of the room. But it doesn't affect my stay there. There is a good size bathtub in the Executive King Room for RM130+
