★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nak Mandi swimming pool, menyewa full disini tp kick mcm Hape je.. yg owner Pon keja nak complain je.. All the time complain complain it's no peace here and security? I think it is security for the owners property.. why even build a swimming pool if there are no people can swim here? And bikini and shorts are proper way to swim into it ? Think twice before you put the instructions because for my religion's IT'S NOT PROPER! We're in Malaysia and being understanding is more important here. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management and security service ever, every month still have to pay for the management fee for this kind of rubbish service lift always under maintenance and that rubbish door always spoil is useless to carry a access card

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alot of mosquitos especially the rooms facing the water treatment plant. I got dengue fever for 14days at block A and the management did not care to fumigate the vicinity despite paying the expensive building & management fees. The security guards act like they are prison wardens don't even greet people. It's not worth it to stay here.....I don't recommend long term lodgging here....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even worth this one star. The condo have the lowest management system. All the grab's complaints about this condo were ignored by the upper management. The guards act like they are the owner of the condo and they are really rude and lazy. Some of them can't speak neither english or malay and just use body gestures with mixed language. I can't understand why the grab needs to even gives plat no and hp no when they already took the ic or license card. Also, they need to go and register even when it is raining. That's absurd. The most annoying things is the fact they can't cooperate when the grab don't want to park and just stay inside the room like big boss. That causes the grab to cancel and I got late to work everytime. Plus, the swimming pool and the gym has limited time usage. The gym will be locked at 10pm and pool at 9pm. Like school kids that need time schedule. The parking inside the condo is also problematic. They lock the tyre when visitor time above 30 mins. I was also locked on my own parking lot when I change my car (my car is being repair). The residents are not friendly at all. They will always complains about everything. No noise, no cooking late at night, no gathering at the park etc. The condo is very near to highway and lrt station so it is quite noisy. This condo is not worth to invest your money. I pay the rent of the house yet I was treated like an outsider by the management. I would move away from here next month coz I can't stand staying in this place anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management and guardhouse security guard attitude. Double standard on tenants, especially students. Management doesn't solve problem reported anyway. My friend's bicycle went missing but then we found out the guards use it. Don't live here unless you are high end citizens lah. Even first class condominium does not require outsiders to literally get out of the car only to give IC for visitor registration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My previous criticism of this condo must be re-visited. New ownership means that the place is now run well, the new office folk and support staff are now all really good and very responsive. It is convenient for the LRT and affordable. So stars upgraded from 1 to 3. If the surrounding noisy environment (residences adjacent always noisy and shouting till early hours) was a bit better it would be a great place to live. I currently rate it as fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The securities here are very rude and low quality. Management didn’t educate their security guys on how to talk to the visitors and tenants. Especially the morning young Indian male security and the night malay security. WORST security ever.
