★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. I was told the government wanted to developed the land fronting the Pasar Payang and capitalize on its strategic location so decided to pump in much money with this investment which is quite impressive to look at.
2. However, the building mgt had difficulty finding retail outlets attractive enough to compete with the Pasar Payang and eventually became literally a white elephant.
3. I did visit this place many years ago, I think 5 years after it was open for business but was disappointed what it had to offer and was obviously did not want to waste my limited time here but do my window-shopping on the adjacent side of the road.
