★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call to confirm appointment, the person those pick up the call sound like not local and told me no therapy working, need to wait hire new therapy only can arrange new appointment to me, when I ask y no call me before seems I already make appointment before one week, and I already on my way to go there, I had call many times and text no ppl pick up and reply. The answer is they lost their phone and can't contact all customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not make appointment to this place anymore. Last time the management was very good. But since they move to new place, their service getting worse. They take ur appointment for granted even u have book session 1 week earlier. When u come to spa for session they will ask u to come back again and set new appointment. Never go here. Bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely dissatisfied with the place. Persuaded me to signed package and ended up cant make any appointment. Req refund and they said will areange manager to call me, end up nothing. This is totally unacceptable, not recommend to go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t bother. Took forever to get an apt booked (contacted them in Aug). Then when it’s finally the day before apt, I messaged to confirm (tho it should be the other way round). No reply. Didn’t go for the apt in the end and nobody called to check. They probably forgot the apt.
