★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not saying they not entirely professional, just 1st impression of staff make me wonder how they can repair my lappy, well... my lappy can't be turn on after service??...i can figure out myself the problem cause I'm CS graduate's, I just go there cause i don't have proper tools to repair my lappy problems?
I just wanted to say, 1st impression important to earn customers trust, treat all the customers equally, assume there are customers know what you guys doing & there are some doesn't, all staff must learn to communicate to customers properly don't leave it to the front desk staff and only do what customers want only, do not overwork on it or less work on it.
I doesn't want to get mad out of this cause everyone also face difficult time during this pandemic period.
Sorry if this review is too harsh, i just write what i saw and experienced, if none of this true, im truly sorry???

This shop is immoral and unethical.
On 18 Jun 2021, I have visited this shop and ask for help to repair my laptop. Then, they call me to "jalan2" at the G floor before they done checking my laptop's problems. After 30 minutes, they call me and said it's problem maybe due to the motherboard. It will take one week to repair.
Due to rush of time, I have reject their offer and search for other repair shop. Finally, I have found a kind shop and repair my laptop in only one hour. It's not about my laptop's motherboard problems but only the laptop haven't service for a long time. And the boss told me that the shop I visited before is not honest, because he found that there are two screw of my laptop is disappearing. I am totally disappointed to this shop "Touch Media Laptop Specialist Pandan Indah.", They are not only didn't settle my problems but adding more trouble to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send my laptop to repair. Wireless adaptor cannot detect wifi network. They helped me update drive and say FOC!!! Laptop back to normal now. Strongly recommend everyone visit this shop. Of course i give some tips voluntary, they need to pay their rent also :)
