★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I was here was about a few years back. It was a popular restaurant with local and tourist from Singapore. This time round, the whole area (Pengerang) has changed. Also because it is during CMCO, not many tourists around. Most of the patrons I saw on that day were people working in the petroleum plants that were newly set up. I ordered a Wat Tan Hor, a steam prawn and a veggie. It tasted great. Wat Tan Hor is of a good standard. Prawns were fresh. The price I would say is reasonable. They are also other well known dishes which I did not order but tasted on my last trip here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seafood is very fresh and well cooked. Ordered 2kg medium size local green rock lobster with 2 flavours: steam and butter. 1kg contains 5-6 pieces.
It's a family-run restaurant, about 15 tables in shop, no air-conditioning.
Sungai Rengit is famous with local grown green rock lobster, they are about size of tiger prawn. Almost all seafood restaurant in that area serves the local lobster.
Cost RM420 for group of 6.
