★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest staff and even ruder security. I was desperate to make a deposit before the bank closed for the weekend. I was inside with a friend and I had to nip outside to use the ATM in order to give my friend some money to make the deposit. As I finished my transaction the security closed the door on me and refused to let me inside. Instead I had to have a conversation through the gap in the glass door with my friend, who was still inside. Utterly pathetic and unprofessional. I don't understand why people employed by Maybank have to behave in this way.
