โ โ โ โ โ As soon as i entered i knew this was going to be an unique experience. The rooms had the scent of cigarettes. The toilet had excrement stains. The bed sheet, curtains had stains..air conditioner wasn't functioning well.. The only pro about this hotel is that its located opposite the Aman Central mall in Alor star.. Otherwise, there is nothing else..

โ โ โ โ โ Friendly staff mr Arif n Ms Fatin. However room can be improve on cleaning. Me n wife. Both of us bitten by bed bugs. Also found hair on the floor.
Thumbs up fot Aircond cold , have iron , great location, water dispenser.
We paid price for Walk in rm50. If online cheaper.

โ โ โ โ โ It was cheap but I think they pinched too much on the other important criteria of a hotel - cleanliness. Wouldn't recommend the shared bathroom. And the air-conditioner could do with servicing too.
The thing going for it was the location if being in the middle of town and near wide choices of shops and eateries were important for you. On the whole it wasn't a total disaster but you get what you pay for.

โ โ โ โ โ feel unfriendly front desk. already arrive and check in when parking front door to drop luggage front door inform cannot park there, need to found own way to unload but nearby parking full, and said non of their business.. very bad experience with this, ridiculers!

โ โ โ โ โ Toilet sharing. Toilet clean. so far okay. just the sheet is not too clean, got a blood stain but so far, okay, recommend for non-picky people. walk distance only to Aman central.

โ โ โ โ โ First, the price is good if you compared the location and the facilities. You get what you paid.
Second, the front desk personnel looks quite gloomy, I hope he can smile a bit to looks a bit welcoming.
Third, the rooms is quite nice and spacious (Superior A), the original price is about RM105 but I booked on Agoda so the price is about RM85. I booked 3 rooms and 2 of them got small problem, aircond need to be services and water heater not functioning really well.
Forth, the location is the best. You step out the door of the hotel and the first thing you see is the entrance of Aman Central Mall. Usually hotel that near to mall is very expensive but not this hotel.
Overall, I recommend this hotel for those who travel with family and solo travellers.
