โ โ โ โ โ Tried calling when I was suicidal a few years back. She answered but there wasn't any solutions given. The only thing she said was mostly "okay". Felt like I was talking to a wall instead and was even suicidal than before.
Side rant: I thought I would be okay in the future but I never am, probably never will. ?

I feel so much better talking to someone who put my words so well, who tried to put herself in my shoes. Iโm glad I decided to call. Thank you for telling me something that Iโve been longing to hear. โ โ โ โ โ I felt even worst after calling them. Shoba who picked up the call was not helpful and understanding. She mostly remained silent expecting me to do the talk all the time. Very unresponsive and not understanding, instead me was initiating the questions. She also quickly hung up the call when I said I feel better but actually it is not (i felt awkward and boring talking to her thatโs why I wanna hang up).

โ โ โ โ โ After tried to call them several time, there was someone finally picked up the call. I was feeling really down at 5 am and I couldnโt sleep at all. And i decided to call them for the first time. Big thanks to the admin named Sri. She was really a good listener and helpful. She helped me to feel better after crying for hours. I wish i can give 100 stars to this review. Even though it takes time to call them but guys, they will pick up and they are really good platform when you feel lonely. Once again thank you miss Sri :)
