★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having secured an appointment scheduled for 4pm, my wife and I arrived there at 3.55pm.
The receptionist casually asked us to wait and quite nonchalantly confirmed my wife's appointment with a "just wait ah... " before continuing her chat with her colleague.
It's taken us 50 minutes exactly to meet the dentist (it's 4.50pm now). Seems like walk-in customers manage to get prioritized - given that a couple of them got in almost immediately after they came in after us at 4.15pm and 4.25pm respectively.
Perhaps these folks had their appointments fixed at 3.00pm or something and compensated for Beh Dental timing!
Bad scheduling, atrocious customer service...and to think that my wife grew up in this area (Kepong) has been patronizing them for over 25 years.
They used to be somewhat ok - but seem to be getting worse with every visit!
Services are ok - the dentist that attended to my wife seemed competent enough...just got her fillings done. But the receptionists and administration staff could do with a massive upgrade in attitude and customer relations training!
Only come here when you have time to burn on your hands...or better still if you can find a competent dentistry that will value your time and have the integrity to stick to their scheduled appointment or at least have the decency to update you on any delays.

Dr Lim and nurse are professional.
Patient to explain what is your teeth problem and how to solve it.
Will come back in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't deny that the doctors are professional but the service is terrible. You shall wait for more than the expected time even you made appointment before. About 40 mins to an hour. So what's the point of making appointment? And it's worst if you walk in ? maybe 2 hours waiting time? where they allowed the people that make appointment to go in first. It's been long time having this kind of issue but no improvement at all. If you're urgent and to save your time, consult other dental perhaps.
The other thing is, the counter staffs chit-chat so loud during working hour ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are 5 dentists who operate at the same time including weekend. Best to book appointment.
I must mention bout dr wong.. she is very professional! Most of us will be fretful thinking of seeing dentist. she will communicate well with u, explain regarding each steps that she is going to do and ensure adequate pain relieve.
Patient usually have to expose the oral cavity for some durations thus causing discomfort, well drcwong will make sure its at the minimal.
Parking are ample

The reception ask me to walk in at 2pm.
I reach at 2pm and wait until 5pm, in middle there are a lot of patients come in with appointment… ?
That mean I wait 3 hours for nothing, if the appointment are full, just tell me when I call this morning, I can make it other day.
The reason we want to do appointment first is because don’t need to wait so long, I thought the reception ask me to walk in at 2pm because there are no any appointment after 2pm.
Totally waste my time…
