β β β β β Came to this clinic because friends recommend it. Went and did the braces. To our horrow this clinic has an extremely long waiting line as only one doctor is on duty at most time.
For example, we waited as early as 6am and there's already 30 people in queue at the front of the clinic. The service is slow and the nurses on duty definitely need reorientation and training on handling customers especially in communication.
You can expect to wait for almost 6+ hours (Yes, we queued from 6am until 1pm) to have your braces checked and adjusted, which can be done in 20 minutes at your neighborhood clinic.
To say this clinic is good to justify the influx of people queuing in the morning, well we've been here and done the braces and sad to say there was nothing special.
If we could have the opportunity to do the braces at a better clinic, we wouldn't hesitate to.
You've been warned.

β β β β β I had my braces in this dental and after a year, I changed to other dentist as every time I had to wait for 3-5 hours for my turn. It was ridiculous and very time consuming. I would suggest that please do not come to this dental even though it is cheap, but it will waste your precious time. I really had bad experience over there. The nurses will never tell you that how long you have to wait and their services are tremendously bad. They should change their system, it is really ineffective and inefficient.

I spent 4 years to finish my braces and suffer on every month waiting time ...
not only once but twice waiting !! First you have to see Doctor Ong(main doctor), he will write down your condition and after that you need to wait another time to go seem like 'intern'' dentist to do your braces adjustment....
NOT professional at all , the intern dentist always change different people,
everyone please don't come this clinic, you will regret ...

β β β β β Totally frustrated with this dental clinic! Every month have to wait up to 2hours-3hours for a braces adjustment. Then what is the purpose of make an appointment before we go? If you canβt take care of so many patient per day then pls donβt ask your receptionist to accept a huge amount of appointment. Donβt be so greedy dr. Shows your professionalism and responsibility to ur patient. First I came here it was recommend by one of my supplier. I think this is one of the biggest decision that I make in my life. And your price compare to outside not consider very cheap. Rather pay extra money then wasting time here.

β β β β β I'm in the middle of my braces treatment here and I really dont recommend for anyone who wants to get braces here.. the waiting line is super long (i have to wait up to 5 hours for my turn) and u have to call at least 30+ times before they pick up ur call to book an appointment. And what is even more frustrating is that when u call, sometimes they will pickup the phone and decline ur call so they wont hear the ringtone. if money is not really ur concern, pls go to other dentists. I would rather spend extra money than to have to suffer once a month to get my braces wire adjusted and waste my time.

β β β β β Doctors are very patient and experienced. They would explain to you patiently on the problem and solutions. Dental fees are cheaper compared to outside. A very good experience. Definitely will recommend to friends and relatives.

β β β β β I never usually review unless I had a worst or best experience, this one takes the cake with the worst experience.
Despite the cheap price, Dr Ong and a few dentists, the rest of the experience is extremely bad. One, the waiting time. I've done my braces here for almost 2 years, and I can wait from 9 am to 5 pm, the longest I've wait is 12 hours. 12. HOURS.
And you probably thinking, don't they take turns depending on who comes first? No. They don't. Not always. I had several experience where I came in the early hours but ended up getting push back till the very last minute. When I approach their counter and demand an answer, they always push my concern aside and ask me to wait or leave.
So bad timing, coordination and disrespect, what else? I have one traumatic experience from one of the dentist here, where I ended up leaving the dental clinic crying in tears. They hired a new dentist that gave me a painful, traumatic experience when tweaking my braces. It was so painful that I cried and the dentist just said "oh you scared pain?"
When I left the room crying, went to the counter, the ladies just watched me crying without a least of their concerns. When I complain about the horrible experience, they don't provide any solution, services or even a bare minimum empathy. They just look at me and go "oh sorry, you scared pain is it?"
Overall, please don't come here unless you're in desperate need of a budget experience. I will never come back nor reccomend this place to anyone.
