โ โ โ โ โ Bad service provided, doctor unwilling to spend time to explain with me. The attitude is bad and unprofessional. Waiting time is long. Need to wait I for long period of time even if you are already booked the appointment through phone. Advise if you looking for a dental surgery looking for other doctor.

โ โ โ โ โ Most impatient and unprofessional doctor Iโve ever seen. The doctor broke my front tooth while removing my braces brackets but did not offer to repair the damage nor apologize. End up i went to other dental to fix my teeth. Would not advice anyone to come here!

โ โ โ โ โ The most impatient and arrogant dentist I have ever seen. He has not respect to his customers at all. Not to mention the nurses here, so impolite and disrespectful, behaving exactly the same way like the dentist. Please go for somewhere else unless you wish to get unprofessional advices and unnecessary criticism here.

โ โ โ โ โ I brought my 7yo daughter to visit Dr. Siew Kar Hui for the first time. Ever since she was a baby, my daughter always had the fear of visiting a doctor or dentist. She would cry immediately before any treatment was given to her. She refused to follow instructions by throwing a tantrum. It always been a challenge for me as a mother to bring my daughter to visit any health professional.
However to my surpise, when Dr. Siew attended to my daughter, she did not cry at all! My daughter not only followed Dr. Siew's instruction but she went through the dental treatment to completion. I see that Dr. Siew' gentleness and patience towards my daughter indeed calm her down and make her comfortable. I must highly praise Dr. Siew's professionalism in handling kids patient like my daughter. At the end of treatment Dr. Siew even spend time to craft balloon art for my daughter as a reward. Thank you so much Dr. Siew! Really appreciate your service and keep up the good work ?

โ โ โ โ โ Today went to this clinic for tooth pain, after checking done the Dr suggest for filling or remove the broken teeth.
I was so surprised that the charges for Filling RM 200
& if to remove 1 pc teeth RM 150..
I think this is ridiculous dental clinic..
Super expensive that ever I went...would not recommend for anyone..
Government should look into it, as need to be fare enough to the patient who came with pain..and the clinic charge higher + another pain

โ โ โ โ โ I visited some clinics before, they told me that I will have to extract four tooth in order to get my braces done, but only Dr Siow told me that its completely fine to get braces without removing my teeth! Definitely appreciate that, hence I saved around RM400 because i do not need to remove my teeth. And Dr is correct, there are still spaces in my mouth, my teeth looks fine now.
The price for braces is RM5100 in total (as of Dec 2020, when I'm writing this), more affordable than other dental clinic. (RM 100 per visit after first visit). In addition, he does not ask for money if some parts of your braces fell off and need a stick back immediately.
Dr Siow does communicate with customers in an unusual way, perhaps he is more of an action taker. But trust him, he will think about the best solution for his customers, because he didn't force me to remove my teeth in order to get more profit.
Its encouraged to book an appointment before visiting as the clinic will prioritize customer who had appointment.

โ โ โ โ โ not even deserve one star. terrible service. waited very long on a Sunday eventhough not a lot of patients. the malay tudung girl receptionist kept giving different reasons and time to wait. when we left, about 10 minutes later she call and say doctor is now available. please come here if you have a lot of time to waste.
