My wife and I were visiting Kuala Lumpur from the UK in August 2018 and were looking at Swiss watches in the many boutiques at Pavilion KL. Diane was warmly welcoming in her manner and gave me the opportunity to try on several watches whilst giving most informative details on each watch and its features. At no point did she make us feel rushed, and gave us outstanding service even though it was fairly obvious early on that B&R watches do not suit my style. What a credit to your brand and the boutique at B&R Pavilion! Many thanks once again, Diane. Best wishes from the UK!
