Adrian was super helpful and was very knowledgeable on both Rolex and Patek watches. Thank you Adrian! Hope that I'd be able to find a Pepsi GMT-II soon at this store...

Even though it has been a year's wait, I want to thank the team at The Hour Glass for such a positive experience and making it possible for me to get my desired watch just in time for my 61st birthday, especially Dylan for his outstanding customer service which exceeded far beyond my expectation. From day 1, he has been very professional and courteous, responding brilliantly to all my queries and disappointment in not getting my watch. However, what I absolutely commend and appreciate Dylan for, is his wonderful commitment and communication throughout the waiting period which made me feel like such a valued customer and gave me much joy. This defined the best moments of my experience here which was non-existent elsewhere. My heartfelt thanks, Dylan!
