★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very very bad experience. Customer service is so bad that they cant even speak proper english. They told me is roughly an hour to wait. I waited there without being served, and was later being told after waited for 45 mins that the next batch of customers will be coming and so i will have to wait longer. No more next time for me.

Satisfied with her skill and service provided by her and the salon staffs. The salon is neat, clean and comfortable.
Overall is great and will continue give my support to her .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a color touch up (RM 140), aroma scalp treatment (RM 230), and Keratin hair treatment (RM140). My hair is very prone to dandruff and hair loss due to oily scalp. After the 3 hour long session, I left with a thoroughly clean scalp and soft silky hair. Will definitely return every six weeks. Note: Su Yeon really scrubbed my scalp hard which didn't feel the most comfortable but then she has gotten rid of all the dead skin. The next day when I washed my hair, I saw a significant reduction in the amount of hair loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belle, herself, did my hair and I love it. This one's rebonding + perm (s curl). She's nice. Everyone there was nice and friendly. And they have a comfy waiting area, too. Overall a great service. I'll surely be back again.
