★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my friend bought this coupon for 2 PEOPLE: 150-minute lavender facial with back, eye, and neck treatment from Miracle Love Beauty Spa which adv in the Groupon (Johor) website. We made booking for last Saturday on 27th March 2016, time 10.30am. I was unhappy with the result. The aesthetician didn't do a good job. The treatment was incomplete for both of us.

I wasn't very happy about this. The facial should be 2 hours and 30 minutes, but it’s was finish within 1 hour plus. The front desk clerk should be in a position to address the situation right, but she not sure. I have called the Manager on the same day and made a complaint to her about the incomplete treatment, she advise that she will look into it and will do investigate and she promise me that she will call me yesterday but she failed to contact me and I have called her again, she claims that she not working on Sunday and she will call me on today (29/02/2016), until now I have received any call from her.
