★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give two stars solely because the workers are nice. Other than that, i have to say i am very disappointed. First of all, they use a flea spray on my cats without actually explaining they’re using a spray kind before they proceeded. I agreed to a flea treatment thinking they would use Advocave but no. That flea spray even came with extra charge (might as well charge me for an Advocate). Due to the flea spray, two of my cats came back with eye infections. Because they were rubbing the flea spray all over my cats. One of my cats had an eye infection so bad, that his third eyelid was protruding very bad. At first they said it was because two of my cats were aggressive towards one another (knowing my furbabies, i’m pretty sure that wasnt the case). Went to the vet, the dr confirmed they’re suffering from eye infections. They did offer to take my cats to the vet during boarding, but i refused. I picked them up a day earlier. Now my cat’s third eyelid is still protruding and swollen. Would advise belyy cat hotel to stop using the flea spray and rub it all over the cat’s body and use Advocate instead. Best to avoid giving another cat an eye infection.
Post review: the owner is kind enough to follow up on my cat’s condition after reading the review, and even proceeded to reimburse my vet’s bill. Truly appreciate the honesty, and the openness to improve
