★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preprepared foods (aka microwave food), especially malay cruisine. Fried mantao tooooo greasy n disguatig (oil can visibly dripping out from d mantao). Coffee - too mild for my liking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on weekends, around 8pm. Luckily, there were enough seats for the two of us. However, when we sat down, no waiter came to us to provide us the menu book, perhaps because they are busy with other customers. So, I have to go to the counter to ask for it.
Unfortunately, most of the signature dishes are not available at that moment. "Habis" katanya. Quite disappointing, so we ordered Clams Cheesy Baked, Meat Lover Pizza and Brownies Ice Cream.
I think the price is reasonable. RM35 for the pizza and it's quite big that we packed it home. Oh and I kinda like the brownie ice cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ suitable place to hangout with your gals, bff, bg, gf , husband or wife! chili butter clam sedap gila! ayam percik was average. salted egg chicken took about 30 mins to sampai (only when we asked the waiter) not sure if they forgot or what. also, the salted egg butter chicken was really dry but taste nice tho.

1. The crayfish Aglio olio can be improved, the crayfish is too dry and small however the Aglio olio tasted SO GOOD & FLAVOURFUL.
2. The clams chilli butter cream was so delicious however the mantao was served cold and abit dry so that could be improved.
3.The prawns tapas chilli sauce was so delicious but the garlic butter bread was also cold and hard.
Overall fast and good service although pretty crowded but the bread could be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always full. Please make reservation before come. Waiters and waitresses gave awesome services. Food is great, with standard price of having it in KLCC. Food prepared in less than 30mins after ordering. Boleh la since it is full house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an awful experience, our food came in really slowly, in total it took them almost 50 minutes for 2 mains and one salad to get on the table, and the steak that i ordered was awful and sour and full of connective tissue, we never got some of the dishes we ordered so we just cancelled on the rest after almost 80 minutes. The salad was the only decent thing on our table. Will never come again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ foods are good. i love everything that my team ordered. but the service was terrible. duduk lama baru la datang ambil order. food sampai didnt pass to the person, letak tepi meja pandai2 la customer pass sendiri ? dessert 3x remind baru sampai ke meja. waiter garang need to attend customer service training seriously. as we know price aint cheap but how la they served w plastic spoon je… plus point great ambiance and cashier was nice too. pls improve. thnx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service it's terrible, you can barely order them to serve you. The environment it's alright. The food it's not delicious at all, it's edible but it's not somewhere I will revisit again. The food does not worth the price at all. The food it's bland , same goes to the beverages. It's only sour and bitterness of them. I ordered passion fruit and strawberry lemonade. The waiter and waitress does not put effort to work and stay lazy. Does not recommend.
