She does an excellent job and I get complimented on my brows. She's super sweet and very professional. Definitely recommend going to her for all your brow needs. I legit look forward to my brow wax appointment with her again, because she's that awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Sephora, IOI Putrajaya and I was looking for a Benefit product but I cannot pick it because a lot of the product are out of stock. Suddenly Ms. Ira come approach and help me to find one by one the product that I wanted to buy. Ms Ira even call KLCC Benefits branch Ms Carmen just to cross check regarding the item that I want. Both of them are very helpful and easy to deal with, Ms Ira help me from suggesting me the right products until delivery all the items to my wife as a surprise. I am also surprised with their services. Super efficient also highly recommended for sure. Definitely will come again soon.
