★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad facial experience. black heads extraction is not done properly, after facial, can still clearly see and feel many black heads especially at the nose area. after facial, skin did not feel smooth, clean or hydrated. bought the package during 1st year anniversary and they are quite hard sell on their following package. will push you to upgrade your facial (1st year anniversary package) with additional cost. after facial is done, will push you to buy their several times packages. towels used during facial has odor. not a very relaxing place for facial with the price to pay for. their staff kept hard sell about the packages telling how good their facial is, that technology, pump oxygen into the pores etc, very hydrated, can eliminate skin dryness, redness and even pores etc... it's not persuasive at all when their staff speak to you with redness, pimpers or acne scar, very oily face and eventually they had thick make up too. as a client, we actually know how to differentiate between hydrating, glowing skin and oily skin. your staff is representing your brand image, how can they be so hard sell and being persuasive on skin care products when you don't have a good skin conditions?
