★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here with my family for a birthday celebration and was incredibly disappointed by their service. The long waiting time for our food was understandable (we waited about an hour), but after it took too long we asked the waiter. It turns out, they didn’t even write down some of the orders! The waiters could have checked in with us to ensure everything was settled, but we just waited for no reason. I thought this was a one time thing, so I excused the service, but no. I ordered my chilled mango juice again and it took 30 minutes to arrive. Not because they were preparing it, THEY FORGOT! When I went to ask them, they didn’t even apologize. For your information, the mango juice wasn’t even fresh, it just came out of a juice box. Not only did it take little effort to prepare, it was also expensive! They really live up to their name LATEST recipe. Just don’t go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the hi-tea buffet today (Sunday) and i had a splendid time...and so did my entourage!?. Food variety was good & the satay was so yummy! I didn't get to taste everything though coz i was so full....haha...desserts were just so-so...maybe 6/10. But overall food 8/10. Service was good and i liked the ambience. Will definitely come back again...thank u Latest Recipe!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had buffet lunch on a Saturday. The female staff at the front desk was friendly and basic SOPs were observed in the restaurant, ie - mask and glove are required at the food counters.
Good range of local cuisines (mainly), with some international cuisine. However, I think the quality can be further improved, ie - to keep the food warmer, roasted duck and beef was hard, etc.
Overall, convenient for dining if u are hanging ard Putrajaya, but the quality and service can be improved to commensurate the hotel's branding and value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We usually like coming the restaurant but felt sorely disappointed today. The place was crowded (which is perhaps expected of a Friday night, so no worries there) but the kitchen couldn’t keep up with the crowd. We were left wandering around looking for food only to be met with mostly empty dishes. What’s a buffet with no food? The management shouldn’t have overbooked themselves.

Glove are given as part of SOP when go take food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buffet has a wide variety of choices no doubt, but the food quality is 7/10 only, seafood are fresh except the flower crab, other dishes are mostly just normal and not appealing, environment wise there’s kids running around like I’m dining at fun fair, not worth to pay such high price for such environment. Does not feel like 5 star at all. The hotel restaurant staff could’ve done a better job maintaining the noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for Sunday lunch buffet. The choices were quiet plentiful - sushi, seafood, drinks, cereals. However the food kind of not warm, but are eatable. The taste are ok. Quite an array of seafood choices, Illy coffee, ice cream, satay, chilli crab are nice. Overall a good buffet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the new year buffet here and for the price it was very good. The selection was plentiful with several higher end items available such as crab, oysters, sushi, etc.
They also had live music and a nice festive setup for a nice ambiance. Main problem was there were too many interesting items to choose from before being too full to continue.
