★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. At first they were kind but as I asked questions they seemed to get annoyed and was giving noncommittal answers and advice to me. When I bought a product, they gave me a product with missing pieces (which I later on noticed) and did not suggest suitable products when I told them I what I was looking for. When I paid they didn't even give me a receipt (which I only realised at home). How am I going to get a refund or replacement if the equipment I bought is faulty?? I feel offended by the customer service. MAJOR improvement is needed ASAP.

Absolute noobs, my wife and I went to explore and spent almost 2 hours and it was certainly educational. We learnt about the various types of guitars until we were able to decide on the exceptional Tanglewood 9E super folk cutaway Electro Acoustic. Fantastic customer service at no expectation at all. A definite must go if you are looking to browse or purchase any musical instruments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best guitar store in town!!!. Their sales persons so technical well verse and super friendly. I especially wanna to thank you to Bro Nik for the advice and recommendation. I bought the Takamine fully acoustic dreadnought GD30 NAT..solid spruce top with mahogany back and sides. Great sound and well balance overall. And not forgetting also the other super guys( Orang Sabah bah) too, thanks for the supportive friendly advice. Long live Rock n. Roll guys!!!?
