★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poslaju claimed they attempted delivery, but didn't ring doorbell or honk. I was at home the whole time.
Then they put the item in this ezibox. Came to collect and the locker doesn't even open after putting correct information.
Customer service is also understaffed and have to wait a long time to have someone to attend to me.
Now have to wait an additional day for them to sort out the technical problem.
