★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay. we are lucky enough able to get the hotel that can see sunrise from our room balcony, not fully block by trees. when you have breakfast at their restaurant need to be careful with the monkeys they will to and take your food at your. inside the rooms need to be careful with the monkeys as well. they will come in to your room to take your thinfs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice getaway. Private beach. One bad thing is the light on the fishing boat are too bright at night. It directly shoot in our chalet which ruins the whole experience. Food was below average but restaurant location was perfect for catching morning and evening sun. The swimming pool is huge with adequate sunbath chair. There’s also a Thai restaurant located at the end of the hotel. Perhaps due to Christmas holiday, we can’t experience the real taste of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for 4D 3N at this resort, all through out our stay customer service and staff are all nice, friendly and approachable, we arrived early around 10am due to an early flight, they allow us to check in at 11am instead of waiting till check in time at 3pm without any cost. They have free gift for my 6 yo son. We have complimentary mini bar included and it is being restock daily whichever item you consumed. Daily housekeeping is also a plus.
Since this is nearby to oriental village, they have free shuttle going there but have to go back on your own which is 5-10 mins walk only. Buffet breakfast is also good. We ordered lunch and dinner , food are delicious and big servings. They have a private beach too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best 5 star hotel in Langkawi if you ask me. The rooms are spectacular with unbeatable view. All staff are super friendly and will assist you no matter what. If you have extra budget, go for Premier Suite on Water. The have open air shower AND open air jacuzzi overlooking the Andaman Sea, a view you will never forget for your whole life. This trip here is my best vacation in my entire life EVER.

We stayed here 7 nights and enjoyed ourselves tremendously.
Few things to know:
The resort isn't the newest on the island. It's well maintained and clean. Personally I like the looks but if you like brand spanking new, you might reconsider.
It's quite out of the way. Having a car or motorcycle at your disposal is a plus unless you plan to spend all the time at the resort.
(You can easily entertain yourself for a couple of days here but we like to go out.)
Besides these two points it's an amazing resort for the price level. Breakfast buffet is extensive. Has decent coffee machines as well.
Swimming pool and beach are lovely. Beach towels are complimentary. You can have breakfast at the beach at no extra charge either.
We weren't too impressed with room service food but only tried two dishes and left it at that.
Free complimentary water (2 bottles/day) and photo service.
As said, we really enjoyed our stay at the Berjaya and I wouldn't mind going back.

its a great experience in this amazing resort. it gave extra service right before you wish. example extra bed blanket toiletries. superb environment with the sound of nature and monkey.
my family loved this resort. shuttle service are helpful n friendly. staff are polite and kind. my room 2154&1258

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely experience in this resort! We later upgraded from a forest house to a beach house, which was really worth the money. View is amazing, so is the service of the people working there. Friendly people and buggy service was almost always there within 3 minutes, might be because we went outside of peak season.
Beach is lovely, swimming pool is well maintained and you'll see different types of plants and animals in the park, also some cute monkeys.
Would love to come back next year.
