Parcel went missing, the status in tracking said sign off by someone else who is not even from the location. Called to ask for help, customer service informed they will contact me if they get local logistic respond. Super horrible !!! my parcel is cost RM200+ And this logistic totally not being responsible to your parcel.

firstly , i want to said , our receipt must have the tracking number show to customer , and when the airwaybill print out , we have request customer must take the picture for record the tracking number because want to tracking . and sometimes don't have answer , you can whastapp our company phone , we will reply .

Poor services. Eating while doing job. Receipt shown on item description "from stp transit to destination" only. No tracking number and no detail at all. How to trust this courier?? I preferred Gombak branch, because more satisfying, well educated while explaining to customer about the process of shipping and more detail.. please standardised 1 star only for aircond. That's all

Bad experience! Station had high parcel volumes, but still receive parcel orders, keep delay for delivery. I'm paid for it, still say want fast ask lalamove come pick up. At the end, I still need pay extra to arrange lalamove for my customer. No more second time

My parcel stuck at the same place from 26 Dec 2021 almost 3 weeks ago still not deliver out. They said will deliver within 3-4 working days, but not. Then they update to said will deliver before 8 Jan 2022, but they still not deliver out, now they have delay until 10 Jan 2022. I have call to the branch, they said my parcel at Setapak there, but when I go to self collect, they said my parcel not at there. I wait my parcel almost 1 month, and now I still not received my parcel.

Good service management.this is my experience ,i have no idea about others.but for me,their service really responsive .my parcel was stuck for 6 days not at best express setapak but stuck in kepong best express.when i call best express setapak, one of their staff , the female staff help me to call on my behalf .really professional and polite .good attitude staff.thank you very much to makes my work smooth. Hope anyone who had problem please call them first before make any decision to complaint.
