โ โ โ โ โ The most terrible branch ever??????keep parcel like time taken from china deliver to malaysia??????call 100+ times also no one answer call.....go pickup also cant even take my parcel....only tell to wait....thousands of excuses that is how their working performance....good luck for u all parcel stuck at this rubbish place....

โ โ โ โ โ ANYONE HAVE PROBLEM WITH THIS SERVICE PLEASE FILE A REPORT TO MCMC.
live chat is just useless bot, email got returned, calls wont go through, your branch locations is confusing. the last thing i could do is file MCMC report.
my parcel have been on hold for MORE THAN A WEEK and according to the status update is due to bad weather all though on some of the days it was not even raining. Even if so? donโt you guys have vans?

โ โ โ โ โ Waited for a few days and yet parcel still stuck on CDC sri rampai hub, reason due to bad whether but there is no rain at all, decided to go and collect myself, went J&T CDC sri rampai as per stated in my tracking order and YET, have to go here in order to collect. And checked here before go, and guess what, CLOSED :) says OPEN on sunday, went there, many trucks and staff but CLOSED. Trying to make you guys work easier but u all make us harder :)

โ โ โ โ โ I can't reach you through the number, the hotline customer service also no answer and the chatbox is purely robot. Why keeping my kek batik for too long? It's been a week my kek batik is in transit, ironically, my balm and inhaler were in transit at the same place but you already delivered 2 days ago. Seriously what happened?

โ โ โ โ โ J&T KUL303 is the worst J&T branch in Setapak area!! My parcel has been blocked here for two weeks and sent here and there. End up sending back to the sender. Sigh...

โ โ โ โ โ MY PARCEL STUCK FOR 3 DAYS ALREADY ! ON SYSTEM SAID HOLD HOLD U WANT TO HOLD UNTIL WHEN HA? THE SHIPPING ONLY FROM KL TO KL BUT STILL DIDNT RECEIVE FOR A MANY DAYS ! CALLED THE NUMBER 012 BUT DIDNT PICK UP ! HOW BAD ! SEEMS ALL REVIEWS ALSO GOT A BAD EXPERIENCE FROM THIS BRANCH. BEFORE THIS J&T ONLY TOOK AROUND 2-4DAYS EVEN FROM OUTSIDE KL. PLEASE DO SOMETHING AND ASSIST ME TO GET MY PARCEL

โ โ โ โ โ If I could give stars lower than 1, I would do so because not only they has service issues by holding my parcel over acceptable period of time, the staffs or courier over there lied to us that the place shut down forever and told us to wait in an impolite manner when I went there to self-collect. Good luck getting your parcel if it ever comes here.

Same date i place order, penang parcel(poslaju) I alrd received, jnt(kepong) is fast to sent out parcel but when reach jnt station prima setapak it just onhold parcel for non reason lol, last 2 month also onhold my parcel 1 weeks more and they say staff get covid so will slower delivery... Now ur staff still get covid? Dont let ur excuses be ur explanation.....improve pls......lol
