★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad sales person attitude and after sales service. You must suspect when they offer you cheaper price than market, why? Cause they will tell you in last minute the stock is unavailable and force you take a newer model or more expensive one. Then they said you just have to pay the cost price instead of market selling price for their mistake, in fact the additional money is more expensive than anyshop that can offer you. Sales person giving a lot of excuses when problem raised instead of solving the issue. Delievery time keep changing and not punctual. From morning can wait until evening only reach your house!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience from buying a TV. Though I bought it with best price in Town. They will try pursue you to buy the "extended warranty". End up poor handling from the delivery guy, especially the mamak who having bad handling skill and extremely rude. The TV spoiled, not even 1 hour use. Complain to the shop, end up I have to pay extra. They claim "extended warranty=insurance" will cover that but I didn't buy. They offer me repair cost which equal to the new unit price. I went to the the official service centre and they offer me good price to repair. WILL NOT buy again from this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunch of scammers. Told me will take 1 week for the LG air purifier to arrive. When i called back to check on the progreas they told me might need to wait until may. From 1 week to 2 months. Beware of david the salesman.
Very bad attitude from the delivery guy. They even ask me to help them carry the washing machine i bought from them. 1140am washing machine arrived. They didn even know how to install the piping properly until 6pm. I had to call my own plumber to settle the small issue for them. Not just that, washing machine wasn't even installed properly. Fully shaking and making noise. Had to wait the next day for LG technician to come fix the leg
Super disappointed. Shame on you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales girl with very bad attitude. Very very rude. Bought a tv last week n still chasing her for a extended warranty document. (She asking me to wait another 2 weeks). Nothing is transparent here. Scammers. Who is the owner... your lady supervisor (sales girl) is very very rude.
