★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service can improve. PC Service & repair 1st level only. 2nd level need to escalate to another location. 1st level diagnosis cost $35. 2nd level $80. Not guaranteed root cause solved. Nevertheless, still need to pay tech service cost $35 or $80 or both. From my bad experience, better go another place for root cause & repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. I understand its a pandemic. But the person not letting me have a look at items also. Straight up asking model. When say want the cheapest one. He push to go see different section. Items i compared with other shop also. This shop quite expensive .Very rude. Bought my stuff someplace else. Better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buy a new keyboard and mouse, but in a few days they can't be used and broke, and the customer service worker didn't solve the problem and let me wait for a month to repair. In a month i can't use my computer except i buy another new. What is the point if i buy and can't be used in a few days? I asked to let me try but he ignore me. He also didn't say the procedure which is in 7 days can't be used we can change a new one. Not a good place to buy electronic badger here. Have a bad impression just in a day
