★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For families on holiday, just treat it as a rest stop for the night. The staff were also very helpful and probably the most friendly people. The hotel is in an excellent spot. Public transportation is just around the corner. The price for the hotel room was very expensive and doesn't worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for two weeks on a long, long trip. We liked the location of the hotel. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. We are sure the thoughtfulness of the design will be appreciated by ***y today's travellers like us. Great as a business stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall hotel condition is not bad with good WiFi, but there is room for improvement for hygiene issue. There is big rat (came down from celling) stole my breakfast during my sleeping period. Hopefully the management will look into this issue seriously. I had raised my concern to the reception in counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel room itself was very clean. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient. I simply love the roti jala and the curry. There is free breakfast for this branch and not all branches of this hotel has free breakfast. Bathroom was clean but awkwardly organized. Our money was really worth spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bathroom was without spiders. All the facilities are very new. Transportation was offered to areas of interest. The hotel employees were very helpful. Room rates are cheaper on normal days and there is no weekend surcharge. The place is relatively easy to find if you didn't take the wrong route.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is very reasonable. Rooms are a abit small but the beds were comfortable. Toilet was also very simple. Air Conditioning was working fine. The staffs there were very friendly. Location is really nice. Its close to a lot of convenient stores like family mart. A lot of restaurants with many varieties. There are also some cafes there like starbucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service at front desk. Their customer service has a I'm-better-than-you attitude. Even their managers are the same. Talks rudely. Anyhow charge cleaning fee for a soil sheets that could come off easily with water and detergent. And charge without first asking. Front desk said their cleaning rules are plastered all over the wall that is obviously a blatant lie.
Want to sign up for their corporate program but no one gets back.
Have been their regular customer for a few months now and I think this is the last time I am staying here. Good luck.
