The place is adequate.
The staffs, however, is very nice and super helpful. The food is good too.

β β β β β I can say very clean and beautiful hotel. Room not too big but acceptable. Receiptionist is good. Very fast check in process. Location, near to Sunway Pyramid, Subang Parade, i guess should be enough for shopping. The best part quite close to food heaven SS 15.
The only setback was recently visit there was no more live band at lounge. They use to have nice singer.
I do hope management can bring back them, so that hotel guest dont have to go out at night. Keep it up. Will visit again

β β β β β The breakfast buffet is excellent. The omelette was delicious. The salad and cheese counter had many selections - the Ceaser salad was excellent, something interesting and healthy. I liked the grilled fish and nasi lemak in the hot food counter. And also the western breakfast selections were good, I liked the grilled vegetables and tomatoes. There's a lot of variety of hot freshly brewed drinks and cold juices. Fantastic.

β β β β β The place have its own class of luxury that is affordable. Have came across multiple bad reviews from online lodging platform, howerver i guess we are lucky our stay was delightful in the amneties but the reception needs to improve a lot especially the lady with the spectacle. Frowning face by the reception does not help after a 7hour drive to your staycation destination. Else was great

β β β β β This Hotel is beautiful and clean. Hotelβs front is attractive. Main entrance is beautiful. Hotel is also in budget. Here many people comes and stay safe. Staff is polite. Itvis not bad in this price.

Pros:
The room was cozy and very clean.
All basic amenities were included.
Had a nice work space.
Cons:
They advertised that the room comes with a bathtub but it doesn't.
Some of the lights were out so the room was pretty dark at night - nice for a sexy night but not for work.

β β β β β The pro of this place is that it is suitable for an introvert who want to stay and get food without leaving the room as it have a bar code where you can just order, pay online & the food will deliver right to the door. The mattress is quite comfortable. Other than that, the parking flat rate for guest is RM3, and as for now the view for the swimming pool is a construction next building.

β β β β β The hotel lobby area was impressive
and breakfast room was very nice and comfortable.
It is great if you are not staying there. The rooms and bathrooms are smelly. The bathrooms are on a poor state. I stayed in a number of different rooms and each time it seems to be worse. The corridors were not cleaned. I spoke to the housekeeping manager once about the corridor and room not being clean. While he was apologetic, the corridor remained uncleaned.. with bathrooms renovation and better housekeeping management, it would be a lively hotel.
