★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are big. Other furniture look a bit dated but who cares. I don't intend to stay in the room all day. Had a couch and nice wide table inside with lots of plug points on it. Ample space for kids running around in the room. Hotel rooms are separated from lobby and car park by quite a distance. The pool is big and clean. 3 smaller pools of varying depths for kids which is great. The gym.has new equipment and looks well maintained. There's also a playroom door kids near the pool.
Breakfast at the cafe is good. Big variety of buns and breads. Cinnamon rolls were nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying for three days, spacious and clean room. Breakfast delivered to your room every morning myb due to mco. Got malaysian and western breakfast. The only downside is the provided towels makes me sneezes. All the staff is really helpful and friendly. Will definitely come again in the future. Myb next week! Got a bargain right now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy & spacious room, and friendly front office and cafe staff. Although the interior kinda dated, got vintage touch I guess, but it is clean, spacious and has a nice view. The food is marvelous, and quite big portion, even for kid's meal. The Spaghetti Carbonara in the pic is for kid's meal. Taste is superb. The American breakfast is nice, and for lunch or dinner, should try their Norwegian Salmon and Surf and Turf. Overall, thumbs up for great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very run down. Which is a shame considering the strategic location in Subang and very nice amenities. The swimming pool is still the best feature. The hotel rooms badly need refurbishment. The meeting rooms are not the best equipped. I had a meeting for 60 pax here. The projector was not bright enough but the sound system was good in the Victoria Ballroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a 3 days 2 night recently at holiday villa. The price is affordable and included very delicious breakfast but the room too dusty. Me n my husband were running nose and sneezing ?? Hope can improve the room cleaning service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As expected. Not a five star but with the price and the room is big spacious and bath tub it is good enough. The food is average it could be better. Just the hotel need more maintenance to be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overnight stay for short visit. Very spacious room albeit old furnishing. Water pressure and aircon was superb.
Minimum toiletries and coffee, tea etc.
Bed was comfortable with clean sheets and old decor.
Lots of facilities, with a great swimming pool and tennis court and well maintained.
Coffee mugs and mini bar could be cleaner but all in all, great stay...
Will return for a quiet environment and uninterrupted sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice hotel resort concept. Upon check out I requested the reception make a room booking for me for the 15th October 2021 but was told by the reception the hotel is ceasing operation. Their last day of operation is 30th September 2021. This is very sad. A nice hotel is closing due to no proper plan of the property by the management and owners. I even enquired the staff of their status and was told they are still not sure as nothing was told to them yet.
Being a regular top this hotel i feel very pity for the staff .
Hope all gets well with them .
