Oh the prawn mee is so bad and bland that I went to buy soul chicken to replace it for my lunch. The food has nothing close to the shop name or even Malaysian tasting. Another group of customers at the next table was also complaining how bad the food was after a change of management? Prime shop space doing Malaysia food injustice. Don't give tourists a bad after taste of KL. Don't waste calories here. Fast food also better. .

There's nothing to shout and scream on the service. As in pretty much other decent eateries, food on the hand was a winner in its own way. I of course won't say the best peranakan food, but such a meal prior to flying off does make an impact.

The food here is ok for me. And service may not so fast. But it's nice as quite spacious and there is quite clean. It's nice to have a short snack time before getting on flight.

I havent eaten the whole day, and s w a looking for food in the airport. Hmm? why not KFC, we said,. "Nah, lets go for real food" and we had the misfortune of choosing this place as an alternative. literally, the chicken on my plate died a thousand deaths in the sahara desert. it was so dry, i had to use the lettuce to lend it some moisture to make it edible, it was so hard, im surprised it didnt come from a tyre factory. I'm sorry KFC, I take back what I said.

Good selection of mainly local dishes. Good service. Our favourite is the chicken hor fun. Prices are reasonable and the portions too. Can get busy at times.

It was a good experience here at Bibik Heritage at the departure hall of klia2. The service was efficient and friendly as well. The food was average but still can be considered decent. Wonton Noodle Soup was average and deserve 2/5⭐ This one is recommended and probably their signature dish. Nasi Lemak with strong 4/5⭐.Delicious. Love it. Please keep up the good work Bibik Heritage. *Milo Ais dia kawwww?

Anticipated an authentic breakfast experience, only to be met by a very mediocre first meal of the day. 1. Long queue Good call to make customers order at the counter itself, but only one counter was open out of the two. Understand that perhaps there might've been a shortage of staff but 2-3 were just standing around. A suggestion to help speed up the queue and save time deciding what to order at the front of the counter would be to make better use of the digital screens. The screens on top of the counters were great for flashing out the menu as they were big in size but were quite unhelpful as a) Only the main meals were flashed, so customers looking to decide what to order had limited choices and still had to wait until they got to the front of the queue before knowing what drinks/other options there were. Which adds up the waiting time for those behind. b) The main meals were flashed for just a few seconds before it would change to some unnecessary slide about Bibik Heritage that customers do not need to know when they're deciding what to order. Suggest to remove that and make more time for the Main Meals and Ala Carte + Drinks to be shown on the screen instead. 2. Service Drinks were made and collected immediately after we ordered ?? Food arrived rather quickly. We ordered the toast set but sadly the half boiled egg ran out of stock. Appreciate that the cost of that was taken out. 3. Food quality Was rather disappointed that the White Coffee was instant 3in1 coffee. We didn't come to a "Heritage" eatery for instant coffee but oh wells. 5/10 rating by my dad. Teh Tarik was too sweet but my bad for not giving a "kurang manis" heads up. Toasts were 3/10 (rated by a coffee shop veteran). Good bread but filling/spread was lacklustre. 4. Ambience I'd think this is one of the reasons why people choose to dine here. From afar this place looks welcoming, cosy, and quaint. The interiors have a nice touch of peranakan look and feel. Pleased with the overall ambience ?? Good job on this! Apologies for the lengthy review but I do hope it'll be helpful to improve the overall experience especially for tourists coming into/departing Malaysia.
