โ โ โ โ โ Service here is outstanding! Products comes in great quality with reasonable price. I went to the Cheras branch last time but service wasnโt good as at the branch here. All the staffs here are friendly and knowledgeable. Shoutout to Ritchie for the amazing hospitality. Came here 2 times in 2 months already to buy my bathroom accessories :) Keep it up guys!

Anyone who are interested to buy bathroom and kitchen accessories (WC, basin cabinet, kitchen sink, tap, bath tub,etc) Donโt hesitate to talk to Ritchie with a very responsive service! Big bath also provide an extra care programme to customer with just RM 38 per year! If the kitchen tap have leaking issue then the technician will come to my house and do the repairing without any charges within a year ! Wow.. great job big bath that help me to save a lot .
