★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a set of sink (RM699) and tap from this shop at Home Fair. Due to remeasurement of kitchen cabinet, I requested to change to a smaller sink (RM599). The sales person was okay with it and I could add other items to cover the difference of RM100 as it's non-refundable as per our conversation in Whatsapp. However, when I arrived at the shop the other day, the sales person told me that they couldn't add other items for me (not even a free gift) and I had to absorb the loss of RM100. They claimed that they couldn't cancel/amend the order or provide additional discount (but later they could amend the product name). Subsequently, I suggested and offered to purchase another mirror cabinet (RM369) and they could just deduct this RM100 as a discount on new invoice to minimize the complexity. However, they still rejected my offer. Then I requested to speak to the manager but the salesperson said the manager was busy and refused to see me. At the end, they could only give me another set of basket to brush me off. I barely accepted it as I did not want to argue more and make any trouble. Hopefully other customers would not have the bad experience like mine. I don't mind losing this portion of money. I only hoped that I, as a customer, could get a reasonable explanation and fair treatment. You might think you earned more because of this but in fact you would lose more as I will share my bad experience and a word of mouth to all my circles and other social medias. Hope you could serve your customers more professionally and reevaluate your processes and services in futures.
