โ โ โ โ โ Lived here for 1 year and had quite a pleasant experience as you get to meet people from all over the world. Also, I found the building/community managers to be very helpful and friendly.
I think this place is especially suitable if you're looking for:
-convenience as the 1 monthly fee includes all amenities(co-working, community events etc.) and utilites(water, electricity, WiFi).
-short term accommodation as the minimum stay is 3 months.
-decent location as it's not too far from KLCC.

โ โ โ โ โ It was a great stay with Damai. From the value perspective which none any other co-living can offer. However, it's sad to see that the hidden gem is turning into failure project near soon due to many small factors that had been neglected. Yet, highly recommending this place for a great overall value and caring management team.

โ โ โ โ โ I stayed at cocoon for more than 2 years, and during the time that I was there, I made a lot of friends, both Malaysians and non-Malaysians.
And I love everything about it, such as the 24/7 surveillance (for public area), security guards who know your name, and especially the management team that helps to collect and deliver your parcels from the ground floor to your unit as well as arranging for social events so that we don't have to stress out about socializing with strangers.
And of course, the tenants! Some of them at least. (hi guys! ?)
Some of the management team actually stay at CoLiv in case there is an emergency during off-hours. You can always text them whenever there's an emergency, and they will try to help you as much as they can.
For example, I got locked out once at 2 a.m., and they quickly came to rescue me when they saw my message. In their pyjamas no less.
However, do be considerate. The management team works in the day, so unless it's emergency, don't expect them to reply ASAP. They are humans and they need their rest too.
As for the room, I got the smallest room (ensuite), with no view and barely a window. But it was good enough for me since I spent most of my time in the penthouse.
Location wise, it's great as it's pretty much near the city centre. When I was staying there, we had Beam scooters, so it was easy to scoot to Intermark or even KLCC area.

โ โ โ โ โ This is an honest review and I wanna give credits to one of its senior community team: Diyana, she is very helpful and really understanding me as a tenant. I also have been staying here for like 1 year plus and so far this is the best place to stay in KL (especially for those who are single and lonely :p)
