★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my root canal treatment here and is honestly 5 class star service. Doctor is thorough in explaining the issue. Their staff always checks on you after every service and often reminds you of your appointment and would happily reschedule for you. Price is quite fair, I paid roughly 1.2k for the entire treatment. All in all, a very good experience and would recommend this dental to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for scaling & polishing. Staff were polite & friendly, whatsapp me 1 week prior to confirm the appointment date & time, as well as giving me the exact location. Parking surprisingly was convenient, not a congested area although in SS2.
Attending doctor was Dr Lou - she was very patient in explaining the condition of my teeth, treatment & how to better take care. Scaling was painless & not even sensitive. The before & after photos took me by surprise, was very impressed.
One thing i like is Dr Lou was very professional and I felt like she didn't try to push unnecessary treatments onto me like other dental clinics i've been to. The treatment she proposed were for medical reasons and not just to make a quick buck.
I would highly recommend this clinic, especially Dr Lou. Will go back for future appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terbaek! Came here for scaling. Dr Lou is excellent and considerate. Always asks if I'm feeling any pain. Before and after procedure, take photo of teeth and show on LCD TV to show results. I'll be back! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going to Biosmile Dental Clinic for years and I often recommend them to friends too. Both Dr Ong and Dr Lou are wonderful. They are amazing with children and make my kids feel comfortable and relaxed in the dentist chair. They are patient, professional, thorough and friendly too. Def best dentist for families and those who avoid dentist visits out of fear.

Dr Lee was wonderful and made the whole experience very fun for them introducing them to all the tools and dentist equipment and made it very interactive. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and had a great first experience.

Dr Lou is also gentle and displays great professionalism. All staffs are well mannered. Highly recommended. No regrets visiting this place.
