β β β β β My case has been 3 months, and still has no idea of my braces plan. Paid the 300 for first consultation for braces, took some x-ray. The dentist mentioned will contact me 2 weeks later, but it didn't happen. After 3 weeks from the first consultation, the Front desk receptionist called, mistaken me for another patient and just cut off the call without explanation when I was asking for my case. After two months, the clinic didn't call me back. Just before new year, the clinic called and said we needed another x-ray images from your side and demanded me to come to clinic now. But when I requested for more justification, they didn't give me anything. As I assumed all the images should be already taken on my first consultation, they should be giving me my braces plan. Shut me down by saying they will clarify with the dentist and come back to me. But it never come back since then.

β β β β β There seems to be a major disconnect between the Service Team with the Dentist. One would say youβll be doing one thing and upon sitting in the treatment room youβre told to be doing another instead ??ββοΈ.
And the appointment made with the actual time getting the services done would be something to ponder upon. Be prepared with over 1hour of waiting time and the thought of coming early can be somewhat discounted.

β β β β β My first time coming to this clinic and so satisfied with the service+environment. Very efficient and people here is so friendly! The clinic also cozy and child friendly! Dr Shalini and her assistant Ms Sri did my treatment so fast(she even dance to the music?) and i am so comfortable doing my treatment. Receptionist here is so friendly and thanks to Ms Anu and Ms Sasha in assisting me! You guys are so well prepared. Glad that the receptionist is approachable because coming to the clinic for the first time makes me want to ask a lot of questions.
Overall, I am satisfied with the service and environment!
