โ โ โ โ โ customer i sorang pun buat keje lambat. pekerja bukan main ramai. siap boleh bersembang. order dekat luar pekerja tak bagitahu kena tunggu nombor dekat dalam. i tunggu lama sorang pun takde bagitahu makanan dah siap. teruk betul service dan salah satu pekerja you sangat tak bagus sindir2 pelanggan. so bad !!!!!!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!

First of all Iโm a big fan of black whale but my experience in this branch is extremely disappointed, the seat is โunseatableโ, the seat is full of fly corpse and other dead insects, the environment is very unhygienic fly are everywhere. There literally more than 6 workers on duty but no a single one go to clear the table and seat.
Secondly the employees are not familiar with their product, I had repeated myself several time to just order a drink I usually order in black whale. Beside of that the worker show very unpleasant to us, NO greeting when order NO thank you when handing us drink.
Will not going back for this branch but hope it will be improved.

โ โ โ โ โ Slow and di nit follow tuen. I came fiert befire the 3 other custimers. And they git their order first.
Alsi i witnessed a staff eating from a fries from customer irder. She is the one with dyed hair. The other staff with mole on lef cheek couldnt be botherd to say anything.
Check your camera between7 to 7.20pm.
There were 4 staffs.
