โ โ โ โ โ Didnt pickup my call for 2 days . My parcel stuck at J&T KULIM STORAGE & HUB almost 1 week . When I going for self collect they scolded me why just come without call . Asking me going home coz need to find my parcel . Hahahaha REALLY PUNDEK your service . Really suck . Stupid courier ever .

โ โ โ โ โ I received the Email that item was delivered on 12/7 at 2209 hours but I did not receive it....waited for the next day 13/7 for them to send....at 2pm went to J&T Office and they gave me the person contact number her name Atikah....She is really to much....she say the item she already hang it on my gate...then she send a guy to meet me...he was a part timer he told me that he did not come to my house....I call back atikah and she answered meโI already gave the item to that guy how would I know where is your thingโsโand she just hang up my call....at 5pm went to J&T office again, waiting for the customer service lady to check I received call from my mother the guy just send the item....Irresponsible staff (atikah) very rude she is not eligible to be in this service. WORSE EVER SERVICE

โ โ โ โ โ Snail pace delivery with same excuse all the times. ie bad weather. Non picking up the telephone and ended up having to lodge complaints to the HQ a few times

โ โ โ โ โ J&T kulim is the worse service provider. Always can receivw parcel only after 2 weeks, comment as always, parcel salah diagih, jalan banjir!!! Please at least change comments la in system! GDEX is the best!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely bad service. My parcel has been sleeping in ur branch for dayssss now. This is the 4th day it says overnight parcel at ur branch!!! I even called ur centre since ur line always says BUSY BUSY BUSY from morning until night!!! same answer i get everyday, the j&t centre said will file a complain to ur branch but u know what??? nothing happen. guessing that i have been trying to call Kulim branch for days now. Already 1 week i still never received my parcel because it still stuck at KULIM J&T BRANCH. ALSO NOW WITH THIS SITUATION RESTRICTION MOVEMENT ORDER THEN HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GO OUT AND PICK UP MY PARCEL???? I PAID U GUYS TO SEND IT TO MY DOOR! VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE BAD SERVICE.

โ โ โ โ โ My consignment had reach your store on 2/10..till today i have yet to receive it. When i call u center, they inform they had notified your branch to sent out. Twice i had call them, on second call the customer service told me that consignment still at yr office. Your service even worse than poslaju. And u inform that we only able to receive my consignment on Monday!!! What a joke. Even my overseas order had reach early than you for the sane day order.. My goodness.. What kind of express service you are offering.
