★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff that served me was super nice. Aircon was powerful. Went there around 3pm+, luckily there wasn't a long line. However, the lacking in celcom customer service via phone call caused me an extra month of wifi charges and thus, the deduction of one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their customer service was ok, friendly staff. Took a Grab service and went there last week(Wednesday) to register for WiFi immediately, they took so long to register my IC and then said will call me on tmro after their system has updated with my details. Waited until the 3rd day(Friday) and called them to cancel my request. Because i really needed WiFi immediately and i couldn't wait for them. Disappointed and registered for Unifi instead by myself at home via online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seven CS counters, six customers in front of me in queue when I arrived. Two customers behind me cut queue. Waited in queue outside for 40minutes with NO NUMBER. Took only 10 mins transaction. I missed time to do other errand because of Queue.
Also poor online customer relationship on FB, Whatsapp and Live Chat that uses chatbots that don’t understand my requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service too slow. 2 counters opened. Only 1 accepting patrons. One lady staff just sit without entertain waiting customers. Maybe she's tired at 9am in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting half an hour to request port in ID. Went to maxis wait another 1 hr to pass the port out ID. Just to be inform. By celcom the port in number jey in is wrong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything related to celcom services can be done here. It's really comfortable here and staff also friendly. Parking provide by municipal will be an issue but there is ample private pay parking here just beside the building.
