My family has been regular customers here BUT we have a bad experience when we complained about the products we bought. There were insects in the Cocoa Drink tin and Soyabean Drink tin. We showed proof BUT the staff chose to ignore us. He promised that the HQ will call us BUT that never happened. I will avoid this outlet!!!

There is a difference between VEGAN and VEGETARIAN I tried ordering a dish that was labelled as vegan meaning (no milk from animals, no eggs and no meat). The lady told me it's vegan but it has yoghurt. I kindly asked if the yoghurt was made from a plant-based source but she replied that it was from cow's milk and it's vegan because it's fermented. OBVIOUSLY YOGHURT IS FERMENTED?! The point is that I can't digest lactose. The waiter and waitress then started to question my friend and me on regards to why we don't take yoghurt. I personally feel that this is far from the point. I don't have to tell you why I can't take lactose, I just don't want it in my meal. It's simple, can you make the dish without yoghurt or can you not? If you can't then just say so. Also, it's very scary that this dish was labelled VEGAN when it wasn't. What if I ordered without asking and fell really ill? I think this shop needs to be more responsible with how they label their food. It's like saying VEGETARIAN but with fish stock or HALAL but with pork. This IS SERIOUS. I CAN NEVER TRUST THIS PLACE AGAIN. And because of this, I will NEVER EVER DINE IN ANY OF THE BMS ORGANICS FRANCHISE. ALL BECAUSE OF THIS FRANCHISE IN ATRIA MALL. This is to protect my own health. THIS IS SERIOUS, you can't label something vegan when it isn't. Also, the service was just so very bad. THE WORST I HAD. Perhaps, I should just dine in Simple Life from now on. They understand what vegan and non vegan is without questioning the customer and belittling them by explaining 'yoghurt is fermented so it's vegan'. But that's the review from my own personal experience.

I like the food at the BMS shops but why would any shop/restaurant claiming to be organic / aware of environmental issues tell you that they only have bottled mineral water when you ask for a glass of water. Offering some water to the customers in a restaurant should be normal and you are told there is only bottled water it always feels a little bit like a ripoff but from a place splattered with literature about how to save our planet, it feels even worse!

BEWARE THE MENU LABELS MEALS AS VEGAN WHEN THEY ARE NOT! ALSO WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered the smoothie bowl that was labelled as vegan but the waitress said that it has yoghurt. So when I asked, "why was it labelled vegan and not vegetarian?" She responded "because it's fermented milk". Obviously yoghurt is fermented but that doesn't make it vegan. Vegan means no animal based products, including eggs, animal based dairy and honey. Also, instead of telling me 'sorry we labelled the dish wrongly but we can't make this dish vegan' She proceeded to tell me why I should take yoghurt from cows. I don't care if you agree with my diet? But I can't digest milk (meaning yoghurt). So stop questioning your customer! If I dont want yoghurt then just dont put yoghurt or like tell me you can't make it. Stop telling me why I should eat it. So just Do your job maybe? Also, please fix your menu. Vegan and vegetarian is different and your menu is lying if it claims to be vegan when it isn't. Worst service ever! From now in, I'll dine in simple life. They understand when I say " no milk and eggs please" They have never questioned me and asked 'but why?'. Never supporting this entire franchise ever bcz of the BMS organic in Atria mall.

TERRIBLE. I came in and sat down and had to request a menu (the stuff did not even see me walk in). The had to sit there with my hand in the air to come and take my order. They did finally. I ordered the spicy tofu bites + a glass of warm water. They took my order and the Waiter came back a few minutes later and said they now charge for water. I said ok. They bring the water to the table after a few minutes and tell me that they have run out of the spicy tofu bites (at 11:30am-12:00ish). Was there something else I wanted. No - so I got up to leave on the way out the waiter said you must pay for your water. WHAT?? You think I am going to sit there and drink water?? With no meal?? I said no I am not paying get the manager. The Manager refused to come out from behind the counter and I said why should I pay? You should have checked if I still wanted my order BEFORE serving me. (Aside from the fact I think charging for water is totally ridiculous) NO apology no nothing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Went there on 2nd February 2020, Somen Noodle and Chili Pan Mee were very salty. Ordered plain water they didnt bring until we finished our meal. Food delivered without providing the cutlery, staff just walk away, luckily there is cutlery box on the next table. While paying the bill inform the staff about non delivery of the drinks and the food is very salty, the staff just brush aside and ignored our complaint. Very bad service. The old friendly staff are no longer around, this look like new staff with no proper training in serving customer.

Food was alright although it too a while to come out. My partner finished his noodles, then my salad came. By the time I finished my salad, then the side dish was served. It would be great if they are more efficient and served the food at the same time and much quicker.

Read alot of mix comments on BMS outlets but it turned out alrite for me. This place is meat free, supposedly promotes health eating, but do note the slightly above average prices. The soymilk base curry suited me well as i'm not a great fan of coconut milk. Ordered it with handmade noodles which could do with a few more minutes in the boiling water. Felt that it was rather skimpy on the condiments considering that it cost RM18.90 - the least they could do is throw in more greens/veg. The curry pot with rice turned out to be more worthwhile for the sam price. My favourite was the Spicy Mane Mushroom - air fried lion mane mushroom with curry leave and onion, though i couldn't really catch any hint of spiciness at all, but it was still delicious. The mushrooms had a chewy texture and a very nice flavour. Overall it was a nice change to go for a meat free lunch every once in a while, but can be heavy on the wallet. Their Hakka Lei Cha is also a very popular dish. Half of the outlet sells health products, veg and frozen items. Located in Atria Shopping Center. 1st hour free parking, 2nd hour free with RM50 spend (up to 2 combined receipts).
